Our practice provides convenient online scheduling and requesting of appointments 24 hrs a day. Email and or text messages reminders are sent to confirm your appointment. We are a completely paperless office with electronic medical records. Additionally, we have a secure patient portal for easy access to your medical records while protecting your privacy. If you are a new patient, please take the time to register before your visit after your appointment is confirmed. It takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Completing the forms in advance and online helps us to keep on schedule, save our environment by not using paper, and allows Dr. Keojampa to spend more time with you to address your health concerns. All information are securely submitted and HIPAA compliant to protect your privacy.
